How the App Works

When you use Text Detox, your text is sent directly to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate a response. This communication happens in real time and is not stored by Text Detox. Anthropic's own privacy policy governs how they handle API requests — you can read it at anthropic.com/privacy.

Data Storage

Text Detox stores no user data on its servers. Any preferences (such as app settings) are stored locally on your device only.

Children's Privacy

Text Detox is not directed at children under the age of 12. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
